Transparency & Government Data Requests

Last updated: June 7, 2026

We take our customers' trust seriously, including when a government or law-enforcement agency asks for data. This page explains how we handle those requests and our commitment to transparency.

Our principles

What we can produce

ClearCast holds limited data: your account information, the content you create in ClearCast, and the connection metadata for accounts you link. We do not hold the long-term content archives or private messages that the social platforms themselves retain.

How agencies should contact us

Legal requests must be sent in writing to support@clear-cast.net with the legal basis clearly stated. We do not accept requests that lack valid legal process.
